This upcoming personal project of mine has been in works for several years and is specifically written with the intention of turning the tables on what people think of when they imagine a world where big robot fights are commonplace - but this story involves real issues surrounding professional athletes and the entertainment industry itself. Who are these athletes? How did they get there? What shortcuts are the richest people in the world willing to take in order to make more money?

The answer is: a lot.
At its core, Juggernaut is a commentary on the darker parts of society, mainly the exploitation of the working class, profit for the sake of profit as the inevitable byproduct of late stage capitalism, and the way that corporations define people as company property instead of individuals with bodily autonomy.

In short: there’s no “I” in team, but there’s “con” in economy.
